ANT1 releases trailer for period drama ‘Spiliades’

ANT1 has released the first trailer for its new period drama series, ‘Spiliades’. Set in Syros in 1962, the story follows Niki, a woman who loses her family, property, and identity after being lost at sea during a night of heavy winds.

After being rescued, Niki begins a new life with a new identity provided by a man who loves her. However, the narrative explores the tension created when her best friend attempts to usurp her former life. As time passes, Niki's two parallel lives begin to converge, forcing her to choose between her past and her present when the truth threatens to emerge.

The series is directed by Giorgos Papavasileiou and written by Maria Georgiadou, based on her book of the same name. The cast includes Denia Psyllia, Giannis Koukourakis, Yolanda Kalogeropoulou, and Giannis Karambambas, alongside Renos Charalampidis and Stefani Kapetanidi.
