Antalya announces tender for dormitory construction in Kaş

The Antalya Investment Monitoring and Coordination Presidency has announced a public tender for the construction of an 8-unit shift dormitory in Kaş, Kalkan. The project involves building a 534 square meter structure consisting of a basement, ground floor, and one upper floor.

The tender will be conducted via an open bidding process under the Public Procurement Law. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EKAP system. The project is scheduled to be completed within 270 calendar days following the delivery of the site, with work commencing five days after the contract is signed.
