Antalya Courthouse names conference hall after late prosecutor Gadem Taş

The Antalya Courthouse has named its sixth-floor conference hall after the late public prosecutor Gadem Taş. The naming ceremony was held to honor Taş, who passed away on April 23 after receiving treatment for Caroli disease at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine Hospital.

Attendees at the opening ceremony included Deputy Minister of Justice Can Tuncay, HSK Deputy Secretary General Mustafa Tünay, Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor Fatih Kocaman, and the deceased prosecutor's brother, İdris Taş, who serves as the President of the Antalya Journalists Association. During the event, a video presentation was shown featuring Taş's biography and messages from colleagues.

Deputy Minister Can Tuncay stated that the Ministry of Justice is committed to preserving institutional culture by honoring the names of departed colleagues. Mustafa Tünay shared personal reflections on working with Taş in Korkuteli, describing him as a helpful colleague and a mentor who provided practical legal solutions.
