Antalya land auctions scheduled for Aksu and Alanya districts

Multiple land auctions are scheduled to take place in the Antalya province of Turkey during late 2026.

In the Aksu district, a 3,077-square-meter field located in the Kundu neighborhood is being sold through an enforcement sale due to debt. The property is designated as agricultural land and is not currently within any urban development plans. The estimated value for this property is 9,540,219 TL, with a 10% VAT rate. The first auction is scheduled to begin on October 28, 2026, and conclude on November 4, 2026, with a second auction period set for late November if the first is unsuccessful.

Separately, in the Alanya district, the General Directorate of National Real Estate is auctioning a 483.20-square-meter plot of land. This property is entirely under Treasury ownership and has an estimated auction price of 195,000 TL. The auction is scheduled for October 14, 2026, at 15:00, and the sale will be exempt from VAT. A temporary guarantee of 48,750 TL is required for participation.
