Antalya land sale: KGM announces 576 million TL tender
The General Directorate of Highways (KGM) has announced the sale of a large plot of land located in the Bahçelievler neighborhood of the Muratpaşa district in Antalya. The property, which covers 8,693.72 square meters, has an estimated sale value of 576,431,279.81 TL.
The sale will be conducted via a closed tender process in accordance with the State Tender Law No. 2886. The estimated price does not include Value Added Tax (VAT) or stamp duty. To participate in the tender, bidders must deposit a temporary guarantee amounting to 3% of the estimated price, which is approximately 17.29 million TL.
The tender is scheduled to take place on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the General Directorate of Highways headquarters in Ankara. Potential buyers have the option to pay one-fourth of the sale price upfront, with the remaining balance payable in installments over a maximum of two years, subject to legal interest rates.
