Turkey reports multiple fatal accidents and landslides

Multiple traffic accidents and natural incidents have been reported across various regions in Turkey.

In Trabzon, heavy rainfall caused a landslide in Pelitli, resulting in a vehicle being swept into a stream and injuring two people. In Alanya, a car struck a pedestrian and two people waiting at a bus stop, leaving one person in critical condition. Other notable accidents include a bus collision in Adana that injured 11 people, a multi-vehicle crash in Afyonkarahisar resulting in one death and seven injuries, and a head-on collision between a truck and a light commercial vehicle in the Konya-Niğde region that caused two fatalities.

Additional incidents include a 14-year-old unlicensed driver causing a collision in Kırıkkale, a motorcycle accident in Arsin, and a fatal crash in Yomra where a driver lost control in a turn. In Tunceli, a vehicle overturned into a stream, injuring five people. Other reported events involve a passenger death on an AJet flight following a medical emergency and a physical altercation involving a motorcyclist in Antalya.
