Antalya Municipality trains kindergarteners on Blue Flag standards and recycling
On 14 June 2026, the Muratpaşa district municipality of Antalya organised an environmental education event for young children. Participants from Cengiz Topel Kindergarten visited the Miracle Resort Hotel for a technical tour that explained the Blue Flag programme, the criteria a beach must meet to earn the label, and the importance of clean seas.
The students also received practical lessons on waste separation, recycling methods and the meaning of lifeguard flag colours, aiming to instil environmental awareness at an early age.
