Antalya to host 16th International Resort Tourism Congress

The 16th International Resort Tourism Congress, organized by AKTOB, is scheduled to take place in Antalya on November 26. Under the motto ‘Redefining Tourism with Collective Vision’, the event aims to evaluate changing global tourism dynamics, identify new growth areas, and establish a shared future vision among industry stakeholders.

The congress will feature a wide range of participants, including public administrators, international tourism organizations, tour operators, airlines, and technology representatives. Key speakers include Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Antalya Governor Hulusi Şahin, and TÜROFED President Erkan Yağcı.

Discussion topics will include the rising global power of Turkish brands and the impact of Türkiye’s global image on tourism flows. Additionally, the role of Germany in shaping the future of European tourism will be addressed by BTW President Sören Hartmann.
