Antam gold prices rise to Rp 2.57 million per gram

Gold prices from PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) showed significant movement during the week of October 12–17, 2026. After a period of fluctuations, including a drop of Rp 20,000 on October 13 and Rp 13,000 on October 15, prices rose by Rp 7,000 to reach Rp 2,572,000 per gram on Saturday, October 17. This increase was followed by a period of stability on Sunday, October 18, with the 1-gram price holding at Rp 2,572,000.

Antam's buyback price also saw an increase, rising by Rp 12,000 to Rp 2,387,000 per gram. Other providers such as Galeri 24 and UBS also reported price increases for 1-gram units.

Regarding taxation, transactions are subject to Ministry of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 48 of 2023. For gold bar sales, the PPh 22 tax rate is 0.25 percent for holders of an NPWP and 0.5 percent for those without one.
