Antena 3 to premiere Turkish drama series ‘El Secreto’

Antena 3 is set to premiere the Turkish drama series ‘El Secreto’ (original title ‘Güller ve Günahlar’) on Sunday, September 6, at 22:10. The production, handled by New Generation Media Yapım, will take over the Sunday prime-time slot following the conclusion of ‘Una nueva vida’.

The series stars Murat Yıldırım as Serhat, a prominent hotel businessman, and Cemre Baysel as Zeynep. The plot follows Serhat as he discovers his wife, Berrak, has hidden the existence of a daughter born from an infidelity six years prior. The situation intensifies when Berrak falls into a coma following an accident, preventing Serhat from obtaining answers. Zeynep, a young woman working in a rose market, encounters the child, Kader, and attempts to protect her from a difficult adoption situation.

‘El Secreto’ has already seen success in Turkey, where it has been renewed for a second season, and has reportedly been sold to over 100 countries. In addition to the broadcast on Antena 3, episodes will be available via the Atresplayer streaming platform.
