Antengene Corporation Limited has reported its first-ever profitability in interim results for the period ending June 30, 2026. The company recorded total revenue of RMB 513 million, an 864.5% year-on-year increase, and a profit of RMB 216 million.

Financial growth was driven by global partnerships, including a USD 60 million upfront payment from UCB for an exclusive license agreement regarding ATG-201, and approximately USD 20 million in upfront and near-term consideration from K2 Therapeutics for ATG-106.

Additionally, the company's late-stage clinical program, ATG-022, has received CDE Breakthrough Therapy Designation for its efficacy and safety in treating gastric cancer.
