Antenna Group and DAZN launch Italy's first streaming news service

Antenna Group and DAZN announced an exclusive partnership to create a dedicated streaming‑only news service in Italy. The channel will launch on 28 June 2026, timed with the FIFA World Cup 2026, and will deliver daily news, analysis and coverage of sport, technology and entertainment tailored for mobile and digital audiences.

The venture follows Antenna’s recent acquisition of GEDI Gruppo Editoriale, which publishes La Repubblica, and the editorial output will be overseen by journalists from GEDI Digital. It builds on a previous collaboration that streamed the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup matches in Greece, and will use DAZN’s data‑analytics tools and its global distribution network of more than 140,000 live sports events across 200 markets.
