Antero Paes de Barros presents transport and safety proposals in Várzea Grande

Antero Paes de Barros, a candidate for federal deputy, presented several policy proposals during a visit to the André Maggi Terminal in Várzea Grande. His platform includes advocating for free public transportation, suggesting a model where municipalities assume the costs to benefit workers and students.

Paes de Barros also outlined legislative goals regarding violence against women. He intends to propose a bill that would mandate the transfer of an aggressor's assets to the victim and impose ineligibility for political candidates found guilty of such crimes. Additionally, he addressed the Annual General Revision (RGA) for public servants, arguing that failure to comply should carry political consequences for governors.
