Anthony Adeosun funeral arrangements announced

The family of Anthony Adeniyi ‘Niyi’ Adeosun, husband of former Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun, has announced funeral arrangements following his death in Lagos on August 5, 2026, at age 62.

A night of tributes is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, at the Harbour Point Event Centre in Victoria Island. The funeral service will take place the following day, Thursday, August 13, at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, City of David.

Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun paid a condolence visit to Kemi Adeosun to express his sympathies. The Governor described the deceased as a respected businessman and a devoted Christian whose passing is a significant loss to his family and community.
