Anthony Bell puts Rose Bay luxury apartment on market

Anthony Bell, CEO of accounting firm Bell Partners, has placed his renovated five-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment in Rose Bay, Sydney, on the market via an expression of interest campaign. Bell originally purchased the property in 2024 for $9,657,000.

Bell decided to sell the harbourside residence after choosing to purchase a four-bedroom apartment at the Crown Residences in Barangaroo for $26,588,000. He cited the proximity of the Barangaroo complex to his office at King Street Wharf as a primary reason for the move.
