Anthony Bowens' AEW contract reportedly nearing expiration

Reports indicate that AEW wrestler Anthony Bowens is approaching the end of his contract with All Elite Wrestling. While one report suggests his deal is set to expire on October 1, 2026, another report indicates the expiration may occur as early as next month.

Bowens, a former AEW World Tag Team and Trios Champion, has recently been performing as part of the stable ‘The Opps’. He most recently competed at the AEW All In buy-in event, where he and his teammates, including Hook, Action Andretti, and Katsuyori Shibata, lost to Lio Rush and The Rascalz.

There is currently no official word on whether negotiations for a new deal have commenced. This news follows similar reports regarding Bowens’ longtime partner in The Acclaimed, Max Caster, whose contract was also reported to be nearing expiration around October.
