Anthony Bowens reveals extent of multiple injuries in AEW

AEW wrestler Anthony Bowens has disclosed the extent of several physical injuries he is currently managing. In a recent interview, Bowens clarified that while he has not suffered an MCL injury, he is dealing with a torn right meniscus and has undergone procedures to clean up his other meniscus.

In addition to knee issues, Bowens revealed he has been diagnosed with multiple concussions, a bruised nerve in his lower back, and chronic neck pain. He described the physical toll of performing at a high level, noting that the pain often leaves him feeling like an “older gentleman” who struggles to get out of bed following matches.

Bowens, a member of the stable The Opps, last appeared on AEW television during the June 27 episode of Collision. He also participated in a dark match following the July 15 episode of Dynamite.
