Actors Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan have shared insights regarding the upcoming Marvel Studios film ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ and the return of Chris Evans to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Anthony Mackie, who portrays Sam Wilson, addressed the return of Chris Evans as Steve Rogers. Mackie emphasized that he remains the current Captain America, suggesting that Rogers’ return is intended to provide extra assistance against a major antagonist rather than to replace Wilson. He noted that in comic book history, both characters have shared the title.

Sebastian Stan, who plays Bucky Barnes, revealed the intense security measures Marvel Studios employed to keep Evans’ involvement a secret during filming in England. Stan described how Evans was kept isolated in a remote location to prevent leaks, expressing surprise that the news eventually became public knowledge.
