Anthropic expands Claude Partner Network with TCS and ShelfRadar
Anthropic announced a global partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), naming the Indian IT giant a premier member of its Claude Partner Network. The deal will move Claude AI models from pilots to production in tightly regulated sectors such as finance, public services, life sciences, healthcare, aviation, telecom and medical technology. TCS plans to roll Claude out to 50,000 employees across 56 countries, develop Claude‑powered client solutions and act as “customer zero” for internal use. Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei said the partnership deepens the company’s commitment to India, its second‑largest market.
Separately, Anthropic inducted ShelfRadar, an AI product of the Indian startup Punt Partners, into the Services Track of the same network. ShelfRadar leverages Claude’s API and Model Context Protocol to help consumer brands analyse inventory, pricing and advertising data across quick‑commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. Co‑founder Madhu Sudhan said the platform addresses the “data problem” created by rapid‑commerce, while CTO Ashwanth Kumar highlighted the benefits of accessing Anthropic’s frontier models and technical support.
