Anthropic Claude models integrated into Gemini Enterprise

Google has announced an update to its AI developer tools, Antigravity, within Gemini Enterprise. As of October 8, 2026, users can access Anthropic’s Claude Opus 5.5 and Claude Sonnet 5.5 models through the platform.

Previously, Claude models were only available via individual plans like Google AI Pro or Ultra. This update allows enterprise administrators to enable third-party Claude models under organizational governance. While these models are disabled by default to ensure administrative control, they can be activated via the Google Cloud console.

Usage of Claude models within Gemini Enterprise is subject to pay-as-you-go billing through a Cloud Billing account. Administrators can also set monthly spending limits to manage costs. The update supports Antigravity 2.0, Antigravity CLI, and Antigravity for IDEs, with inference locations available in global, US, and EU regions.
