Anthropic expands Claude for Small Business with new workflows and integrations

Anthropic has significantly expanded its ‘Claude for Small Business’ toolset, adding 27 new integrations and 43 specialized workflows to assist small business owners with sales, finance, and marketing tasks.

The update introduces connections to major platforms including Shopify, Salesforce, TikTok, Atlassian, Zoom, Xero, Gusto, Square, Stripe, and Zapier. These integrations allow the AI to move beyond administrative support into revenue-generating activities, such as responding to leads, creating proposals, and managing social media content.

To ensure security, the new workflows operate with a default ‘approval mode.’ While Claude can prepare drafts, invoices, or social posts, it requires human authorization before any final transmission, publication, or payment occurs. The tool is available to all paid Claude users, with the Team plan recommended for multi-user environments. Anthropic is also launching a series of free workshops across ten U.S. cities to support the rollout.
