Anthropic Product Head Dianne Penn Outlines AI Product Strategy

Dianne Penn serves as Head of Product for Anthropic’s AI Research and Labs teams. She joined the company in 2023 as its first technical product manager when the product group comprised only five engineers.

Since then she has overseen the release of every model from Claude 2 through the recent Fable system and helped incubate key offerings such as Claude Code, MCP, Skills and broader tool‑use capabilities.
