Anthropic's Claude AI draws premium users and new workflow connectors

Anthropic’s Claude large‑language model has attracted a diverse user base, including a growing number of professionals who subscribe to the $200‑per‑month Claude Max plan. Interviews with eight users – ranging from a CTO and a product designer to a student‑freelancer and an AI engineer – show they justify the cost by citing gains in productivity, research speed and project management.

At the same time, developers and businesses are extending Claude’s capabilities through third‑party connectors that link the model to external applications. Blog‑post listings highlight integrations such as Jotform’s Claude app, which lets users create and edit forms via natural language, and Zapier, which opens Claude to over 8,000 SaaS tools for automated workflows. These connectors turn Claude from a conversational agent into a versatile automation platform for data retrieval, document analysis and code assistance.
