Anthropic's Claude Code AI Assistant Gains Traction in Slovakia

Anthropic's Claude Code is an AI‑driven command‑line assistant that can open files, transcribe text, run programs, sort documents, read emails and spreadsheets, and execute tasks sequentially. Slovak billionaire Patrik Tkáč, co‑owner of J&T, highlighted the tool in a lecture for students in Košice, saying it makes him feel "like a super‑human" and estimating that only about 0.01 % of the global population could fully leverage it.

The tool is already used by programmers, small‑business owners, accountants and people without coding experience. Typical applications include extracting invoice data from PDFs into tables, renaming and organizing large photo collections, and building simple web applications, all through text commands entered in a terminal window.
