Antimony Resources reports visible gold discovery at Bald Hill

Antimony Resources has reported the first observation of visible gold during drilling at the Bald Hill Antimony Project in New Brunswick, Canada. The gold was identified in drill hole BHC-26-13 at a depth of 165.85 meters within the project’s Central Zone.

Portable X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis of the visible gold returned an indicative grade of 285 grams per tonne. The company noted that this is a single occurrence and may not represent the average grade of the entire assay interval, for which results are still pending.

While Bald Hill is primarily an antimony-focused deposit, CEO James Atkinson stated that the presence of gold could increase the project's economic potential. The site features antimony mineralization over a 600-meter strike length, with a technical report estimating a conceptual exploration target of approximately 2.7 million tonnes grading between 3% and 4% antimony.
