Antin Infrastructure Partners reports H1 2026 results amid accelerated divestments

Antin Infrastructure Partners reported its first-half 2026 results, characterized by an acceleration in divestments and increased distributions to investors. The group's underlying EBITDA decreased by 12.3% to €69.9 million, and revenue fell by 4.5%, largely due to the impact of these divestments.

During the summer, the firm completed two significant exits: a partial realization of Sølvtrans and the full sale of Idex. Both transactions achieved a gross multiple of at least 2.0x. Following these exits, Antin expects to distribute approximately €2.1 billion to investors, building on the €600 million distributed over the previous twelve months.

Despite the decline in recent earnings, the firm maintains a solid portfolio performance, with valuations increasing by 4.9% over the last twelve months. Key funds in the value creation phase, such as Flagship IV, V, and Mid Cap I, reported performance levels around or above 15%. The company is currently entering a new fundraising cycle while continuing to deploy capital across its three primary strategies.
