Antioquia and Tolima comptrollers partner to modernize fiscal control

The Comptroller's Office of Antioquia and the Comptroller's Office of Tolima have established a cooperation agreement to modernize fiscal control processes through technology.

As part of this alliance, the General Comptroller of Antioquia will provide the Tolima entity with temporary, no-cost access to its 'Gestión Transparente' software platform. This tool is designed to digitize administrative and mission-critical processes, allowing for the digital reception, organization, and consultation of data from controlled subjects.

The transition from manual processes to digital tools aims to strengthen the monitoring of public management, including institutional management, budget execution, and the handling of public resources. The cooperation follows a formal request made by the Tolima Comptroller's Office on August 20, 2026, to exchange best practices and advance technological development.
