Antioquia police arrest man wanted by France since 1995

Colombian police arrested a man known as ‘El Descuartizador’ in La Pintada, Antioquia, following an international cooperation operation between Colombia and France. The individual, identified as Antonio, had been wanted by French authorities since 1995 for the homicide and dismemberment of his former partner, Corinne.

The suspect was subject to an Interpol red notice and had allegedly been using a false identity to evade law enforcement. The arrest was made possible through intelligence efforts that tracked his location in the Southwest region of Antioquia.
