António Guterres warns Palestinian situation is out of control

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has warned that the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories is “out of control.” In a statement released via social media, Guterres highlighted that essential aid in Gaza continues to be severely restricted by Israel as winter approaches.

The Secretary-General also noted the increasing difficulties in implementing the plan approved by the Security Council for Gaza, emphasizing the need for a political solution to achieve lasting peace.
