Various judicial rulings have been issued across Paraguay, Chile, and Spain involving criminal, labor, and civil matters.

In Paraguay, an appeals court rejected a defense motion to delay the trial of Miguel Prieto Vallejos. Prieto faces charges including breach of trust and criminal association related to his tenure as mayor of Ciudad del Este. The trial is set to begin in Asunción.

In Chile, the Iquique Court of Appeals ordered the Municipality of Colchane to reinstate a worker dismissed despite her maternity protection status.
