Antoine Sibierski sets ambitious goals for RSC Anderlecht

RSC Anderlecht sporting director Antoine Sibierski has expressed a renewed ambition to compete with the top tier of Belgian football, specifically targeting Club Brugge and Union SG.

Sibierski, who took over football policy from Olivier Renard, stated that maintaining high ambitions is essential to the club's identity. While acknowledging the current gap between Anderlecht and Club Brugge, he described his approach as a form of ‘healthy, positive arrogance’ and emphasized the need to aim high to remain true to the club's heritage.

Under the new sporting structure involving Sibierski and coach Vitor Bruno, the squad has undergone significant adjustments. Sibierski has set a clear objective for the club to reach the top three in the league, asserting that the club is moving in the right direction despite recent results.
