This cardio method, practiced in Miami, utilizes individual mini-trampolines to combine rhythmic jumping with functional exercises and dumbbell work, designed to protect joints while accelerating heart rate.

In the beauty industry, Roccuzzo has collaborated with the American brand Anastasia Beverly Hills to launch the ‘Antonela’s Favorites Kit’. The collection includes four products: eyeshadow, eyeliner, highlighter, a precision lip pencil, a triple-action brow comb, and gloss. The products are formulated without parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, or fragrances, and are cruelty-free.
