Antonela Roccuzzo, Lionel Messi's wife, builds career as entrepreneur and influencer

Antonela Roccuzzo, an Argentine entrepreneur and the longtime partner of soccer star Lionel Messi, met him in their hometown of Rosario through her cousin Lucas Scaglia. The couple married in 2017 and have three sons – Mateo, Ciro and Thiago – who play in Inter Miami’s youth academy.

Roccuzzo studied humanities and social sciences at the National University of Rosario and briefly pursued dentistry before changing direction. She co‑founded the children’s apparel brand Enfans with her cousin and serves as a brand ambassador for Alo, Tiffany, Lancôme and Anastasia Beverly Hills. With more than 40 million Instagram followers, she describes herself as a “digital creator” and has appeared in interviews for Elle and Grazia.

She credits Messi’s support for enabling her business ventures while continuing to support his soccer career, including his appearance in a third FIFA World Cup final in the United States.
