The television drama “Il giovane Montalbano” achieved significant viewership success on Rai 1. A broadcast of the 2015 episode “Il ladro onesto,” starring Michele Riondino, drew 2,274,000 viewers, representing a 15.2% audience share.

This performance made it the most-watched program of the prime-time slot, outperforming several new productions and live events. Notably, it surpassed Canale 5’s “Super Karaoke,” which reached 1,507,000 viewers with a 13.7% share. Other major evening broadcasts included a men’s volleyball European Championship match on Rai 2, which attracted 1,794,000 viewers (10.2% share), and the return of “DiMartedì” on La7, which drew 1,106,000 viewers (7.7% share).
