Antonia Grangl finishes 14th in Under 23 World Championships

Antonia Grangl, representing the Trinx Factory Team, finished in 14th place in the Under 23 category at the World Championships held in Val di Sole. This performance marks a significant achievement for the 18-year-old athlete in her first year in this category.

Grangl’s season included three top-20 finishes in the World Cup, a third-place finish at the Austrian Championships, and a near top-10 finish at the European Championships in Switzerland. During the race in Val di Sole, she maintained a competitive pace, finishing closely behind Marusa Tereza Serkezi and Eliška Hanakova.

Teammate Laura Squarise also competed in the event, attempting to secure a position within the top 25 globally. However, Squarise faced difficulties from the fourth lap onward while attempting to maintain the pace of the leading group.
