Antonino Ballarati to step down as president of Circolo Cittadino

Antonino Ballarati is stepping down as president of the Circolo Cittadino in Castrovillari after an eight-year term. His mandate is set to conclude on September 30.

On October 4, the assembly of members will meet to approve the budget and initiate the process for renewing the organization's leadership. During Ballarati's presidency, the association strengthened its cultural presence through various initiatives, most notably the “Ars et Societas” cultural award, which recognizes culture, merit, and social commitment.

Ballarati stated that his decision to step back was made with serenity, believing that renewal is essential to the vitality of an institution. While leaving his official role, he intends to remain a member of the association. He noted that the new leadership will be tasked with maintaining successful programs while finding new ways to keep the organization integrated into the city's life.
