Antonino Lollo and Patrizia Garbujo win 24th Eolie Running Tour

Antonino Lollo and Patrizia Garbujo emerged victorious at the 24th Eolie Running Tour, a running event that combines sport and tourism across the Aeolian archipelago. Organized by Polisportiva Europa Messina, the competition concluded its fifth and final stage in Vulcano.

The race included segments through Panarea, Lipari, Stromboli, and Salina, with 90 participants competing throughout the week. In the men's category, Lollo, representing Gruppo Alpinistico Vertovese, completed the challenging 6.3 km circuit to Lentia with a time of 20 minutes and 33 seconds. In the women's category, Garbujo of the Hrobert Running Team finished first with a time of 26 minutes and 51 seconds.

Other notable finishers included Federico Casadei, Carmelo Materia, and Tommaso Pelà in the men's division, while Valentina Bartolotta and Maria Cristina Scomparin took second and third place respectively in the women's division.
