Antonio Andrade expands flamenco with five dedicated theatres across Spain

Antonio Andrade, a guitarist from La Puebla de Cazalla, grew up in Germany and was inspired by his uncle, legendary flamenco singer José Menese. Together with his brother Javier, he has established five specialised flamenco theatres – in Madrid, Sevilla, Málaga Club, Granada and Barcelona – to offer artists dignified working conditions and full technical capabilities.

The venues aim to present flamenco in modern theatrical settings, paying close attention to details such as costumes and stage design. Andrade’s team includes his wife Úrsula Moreno, sister‑in‑law Heidi, personal manager Victoria and choreographer‑designer José Galván, all supporting his dual role as performer and producer.
