Antonio Calabro discusses Padova offensive performance

Padova coach Antonio Calabro appeared on the PadovaSport.tv program ‘Centrocampo’ to discuss the team’s recent performance and tactical developments. During the broadcast, Calabro addressed the offensive struggles following the match against Palermo.

Calabro specifically commented on striker Luca Moro, expressing confidence that the player will score once he regains full physical condition and reactivity. He analyzed a missed opportunity during the Palermo match, noting that Moro should have controlled the ball and shot rather than making multiple touches that allowed the defense to recover.

Additionally, the coach noted that increased competition for positions this season has made it more difficult for players like Bortolussi to maintain consistent match fitness. The program also marked a new season for ‘Centrocampo,’ which has expanded its reach through an agreement with TeleBellunoDolomiti to broadcast on channel 75 across the Veneto region.
