Antonio González to showcase Almerian design at New York Fashion Week

Designer Antonio González will showcase his work at New York Fashion Week on September 13, 2026. Representing the creative identity of Guazamara and the Almería province, González will participate as part of the International Flamenco Fashion Chair Flamentex.

This initiative is a collaborative training program between the Flamentex textile firm and the Centro de Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores de Diseño (ESSDM). The program aims to promote international fashion through shows and alliances in major cities including New York, London, Milan, and Paris.

In addition to the runway presentation, González will film fashion films at iconic New York City locations such as Times Square, Fifth Avenue, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Hispanic Society. He will be joined by several other Spanish designers from regions including Granada, Sevilla, Málaga, Córdoba, and Navarra.
