Antonio Mohamed sent off during Toluca vs Tigres match

Toluca manager Antonio Mohamed was sent off during a match against Tigres following a heated halftime confrontation. The incident began with a verbal altercation between Mohamed and Tigres goalkeeper Nahuel Guzmán.

After the referee issued a red card, Mohamed engaged in a dispute with the officiating crew. As he walked toward the tunnel, he gestured to the Tigres supporters, using his fingers to remind them of the championships he has won against them, including titles in the Concacaf Champions Cup and the Clausura 2026. The manager's dismissal prevented him from coaching the second half of the match at the Volcán stadium.
