Antonio Raimondo wins Serie A Rising Star of the Month

Frosinone striker Antonio Raimondo has been named the Serie A Rising Star of the Month for the August-September 2026 period. The award, reserved for players under the age of 23, recognizes top young talent based on advanced performance metrics.

The selection process utilized Hawk-Eye tracking technology and Kama Sport analysis to evaluate players across the first five matchdays of the 2026/2027 season. Unlike traditional statistics, this system incorporates positional data, such as off-the-ball movement and tactical decision-making, to provide a qualitative assessment of efficiency.

Raimondo earned the recognition after scoring four goals in his first five matches. The trophy will be presented during the pre-match ceremony of the Frosinone vs. Sassuolo game scheduled for October 16 at the Benito Stirpe stadium.
