Antonis Samaras responds to Lakis Lazopoulos' political support

Former Prime Minister Antonis Samaras has addressed recent comments made by Lakis Lazopoulos regarding Samaras' potential political future. While attending a theater performance, Samaras was questioned about Lazopoulos' recent assertion that a political party founded by Samaras would be a ‘good choice’ for the country.

Lazopoulos, who previously criticized the Samaras administration, stated in a recent interview that Samaras possesses the necessary political experience and leadership skills to counter the current direction of New Democracy, which he characterized as a ‘far-right party’.

When asked if he was satisfied with this endorsement, Samaras avoided a direct response, instead repeatedly asking, ‘Isn’t it the next one?’
