Anuga FoodTec 2027 to showcase food industry technology in Cologne

Anuga FoodTec is scheduled to take place in Cologne from February 23 to 26, 2027, focusing on the technological transformation of the food and beverage industry. The event features an extensive program designed to help professionals navigate technical decisions and industrial investments.

The program includes 55 sessions on the Innovation Stage and within new Smart and Sustainable community hubs, alongside 44 sessions at the Speakers Corner. Developed under the technical sponsorship of the German Agricultural Society (DLG), the event will also offer nine guided tours of various applications throughout the exhibition halls.

The Innovation Stage will focus on different processing sectors each day: dairy and dairy alternatives, meat and meat substitutes, liquid food and special water, and finally plant-based food and food packaging.
