Mimifly and Siti Nurhaliza lead winners at AIM25 awards

The 25th Music Industry Awards (AIM25), held at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching, saw several major winners across various categories. Mimifly emerged as the artist with the most trophies, securing five awards including Best Music Video for ‘Temberang’, Best Musical Arrangement for ‘Nara’, and Best Festive Song for ‘Serumpun’.

National icon Siti Nurhaliza won four awards, including Best Song for ‘Pesanan Buat Diri’, Best Traditional Song, Best Female Vocal Performance, and the Best Collaboration award. Aisha Retno achieved significant success by winning Best Album for her debut ‘[RE. HAB]’, alongside Best Album Recording and Best Local English Song.

Mawat made history as the first recipient of the newly introduced Best Borneo Song Award for ‘Dayang Bintang’. The ceremony also honored rock legend Ella with the Sri Wirama Award for her lifelong contributions to the music industry.
