Anup Jalota launches Bhaktidwar devotional app

Renowned bhajan singer and Padma Shri awardee Anup Jalota has launched the ‘Bhaktidwar Television App’ in Mumbai. The platform is designed to combine devotion and spirituality with modern technology, offering users access to religious series, bhajans, mantras, chalisas, spiritual discourses, and live broadcasts of religious events.

Founder Dinesh Asopa stated that the project was a decade-long endeavor aimed at creating a digital destination for Sanatan culture and spiritual content under one roof. The app features special series directed by filmmaker Jaidev Chakravorty, which present spiritual themes in a contemporary format. Jalota noted that the platform serves as a gateway to peace and joy, particularly for those facing stress and mental pressure, and observed growing interest in devotional music among the younger generation. The subscription for the service is priced at ₹11 per week.
