Anupam Kher announces landmark 555th film
Veteran Indian actor Anupam Kher has announced that he will star in his 555th film. The actor shared the news via Instagram, noting that he is keeping specific details regarding the project’s title and cast confidential for the time being.
Kher, who debuted in 1984 with ‘Saaransh’, has a career spanning over four decades and more than 500 films. In addition to the upcoming milestone project, he has recently completed filming for ‘Shri Rambhoomi’, in which he portrays the late Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Ashok Singhal.
Other upcoming projects for the actor include a reported voice role as Jatayu in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’, ‘Yeh Prem Mol Liya’ directed by Sooraj Barjatya, and ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla 2’. He is also returning to Bengali cinema as a producer with ‘Shuru Theke Shuru’.
