Anutin Charnvirakul emphasizes national interest over politics

Thai Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul has outlined a collaborative approach for the Cabinet, stating that the government must prioritize the country and its citizens over political interests. He emphasized that the administration aims to maintain stability and drive policies toward concrete results.

To achieve this, the Prime Minister is integrating diverse expertise within the Cabinet. This includes professionals from the civil service and the private sector, such as experts in foreign affairs, finance, and legal matters, alongside political ministers who maintain close ties to local constituencies. Anutin noted that while civil servants ensure operations follow regulations, political members are essential for identifying and communicating the needs of the people.

He expressed satisfaction with the current ministers' dedication and stressed that working with honesty and a focus on national benefit is paramount to the government's success.
