Anvisa seizes Artro100 supplement and recalls creatine gum batches

Brazil’s National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) ordered the seizure of the Artro100 capsule supplement and prohibited its sale, distribution, manufacture, advertising and use after finding the product’s origin and composition indeterminate and its promotional claims medically unauthorized.

In a separate resolution, Anvisa suspended the commercialization, distribution and consumption of Idn Labs’ creatine‑gum chews (green‑grape flavor) for lot numbers 0061/02/2026, 0367/11/2025 and 0012/01/2026. The recall follows findings of creatine levels outside permitted limits, labeling irregularities and other non‑conformities that could jeopardise consumer safety. The agency’s decisions were published in the Diário Oficial da União on 25 June 2026.
