Anxious releases new single ‘Secret Weapon’

The alternative rock band Anxious has released a new single titled ‘Secret Weapon’. This release follows their previous single, ‘Don’t Move’, and marks the band's first new music since their sophomore album, Bambi.

Guitarist and co-vocalist Dante Melucci described the song as a commentary on the music industry. He stated that the ‘Secret Weapon’ refers to the ‘weaponization of the stats and current fads’ used to define artists, arguing that such objectivity in songwriting can appear desperate and that beauty cannot be created in a lab.

Anxious is currently performing a tour across North America alongside labelmates Citizen, with scheduled dates in various cities including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, and Detroit through early October.
